What's Included:

LED Strip: 2.5m 2216 SOB Strip

The 2216-SOB LED Strip is not a simple evolution of LED strips; it is a true revolution. Thanks to its innovative design, it surpasses traditional LED strips on every level.

While standard LED strips can only be cut every 5cm or 2cm, the 2216-SOB stands out with unmatched precision, allowing cuts every 6.25mm. This feature lets you adjust the strip perfectly to the length of your aluminum profile, such as the LUX740, eliminating dark ends that are usually visible when the LED length doesn’t exactly match the profile.

Visually, the 2216-SOB offers a continuous effect similar to COB LED strips, but without the aesthetic drawback of the yellow coating. Its pure white surface pairs beautifully with the Premium lens of the LUX740, providing a smooth, dotless, and uniform light while maximizing luminous diffusion through its optimized transparency. For proper heat dissipation and to ensure long-term performance, installation with an aluminium profile is required.

This LED strip uses surface-mounted LEDs (SMD) to create an even, soft, and continuous illumination with no visible dots or hot spots. This makes it ideal for applications that require pleasant, diffused lighting such as furniture, cabinetry, display cases, or decorative environments. The 2216-SOB combines flexibility, high energy efficiency, and superior light quality, with a color rendering index (CRI) of 90+ for natural and accurate color reproduction.

The 2216-SOB is rated IP20, making it suitable for indoor use in dry or slightly humid environments. It is not coated with silicone, ensuring optimal heat dissipation and a clean visual finish. The SOB Strip is equipped with a 1-meter wire on each end, allowing easy connection to compatible controllers. In addition, it features a high-quality 3M adhesive backing for strong, durable adhesion to clean, smooth surfaces.

The basic kit is offered with a hardwired non-dimmable driver, you can choose to opt for a 48W Dimmable Power Supply in the drop-down menu. Note that you will need to have a dedicated standard 120V wall dimmer for the dimmable driver. We've also thought about people who want the ability to dim their lighting and don't have a dedicated dimmer by adding the K1KIT wireless dimmer to the kit options.

To set up the output mode on the E2RF:

Press the "SET" button continuously to switch the output mode to single color (red light). The controller will log out if there's no operation within 3 seconds. Output modes are indicated by the color of the indicator light.

Red Light: Single Color
Green Light: CCT Adjustable White (not compatible with the SOB single color)

Linking Code Instructions:

1. Connect your LED strip and transformer to the controller. Make sure the Strip turns on, then briefly press the SET button on the controller.
2. Briefly press the SET button on the back of the K1 3 times within 3 seconds.
3. The lights will flash slowly 3 times to indicate a successful connection.
4. If the connection fails, repeat the steps.

Unlinking Code Instructions:

1. Turn off for 10 seconds by unplugging the transformer, then plug it back in.
2. Briefly press the SET button on the back of the K1 5 times within 3 seconds.
3. The lights will flash rapidly 10 times to indicate a successful disconnection.
4. If the disconnection fails, repeat the steps.

Attention:

Turn off the power supply before installation.
Ensure the input voltage matches the device requirements.
Avoid using the device in areas with large metal surfaces or strong electromagnetic waves, as this may affect the remote distance.
