Things you need to know before you come see us:

Our warehouse features a fast service counter with limited capacity. There are no on-site design, technical support, consultation, or quote services without a proper appointment. In short, if you require assistance with your project, please submit everything in advance via email to avoid unnecessary travel.

The counter primarily serves customers who wish to pick up their prepaid orders placed online. Customers who have already determined their needs and have a list of products they wish to purchase are also welcome.

All project requests or questions must be submitted via email to info@ledmontreal.com We will respond within 48 business hours.

You will find demonstrators for the most popular products in the warehouse. They are convenient to assist you in making your final decision if you are unsure between two products you have seen on the website.

If you plan to come by car, the parking behind the building is free for the first 30 minutes. The entrance for the parking is next to the 4000 St-Ambroise.

PARKING: 

If you come by car, note that the Parking’s entrance is next to the 4000 ST-Ambroise. Pass the gate and get a ticket, parking is free for the first 30 minutes. Go right and enter the building through the side door, suite 145 will be on your right.
