Can you deliver my order to my home?

Absolutely! We deliver across Canada and the United States, including PO boxes. To confirm if we can deliver to your location and to get an estimate of the shipping costs, simply click on the "estimate shipping costs" icon below the item price. Fill in the required fields, and you will get an estimate in just a few clicks!

Shipping Costs: How much does delivery cost?

The cost varies depending on what you order, the quantity, and the destination. All our items are shipped from Montreal, Quebec. You can determine the shipping costs by adding the desired items to your cart and entering your postal code and country in the "Calculate shipping costs" section on the "My Shopping Cart" page.

What are the delivery times?

We do everything possible to ship your order within 24 business hours. Orders destined for Canada are shipped via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost service and are generally delivered within 2 to 6 business days. A tracking number is provided for all packages destined for Canada. The tracking number is recorded in your account as soon as we ship your order. You must create an account before completing the order to access your tracking number.

Orders destined for the United States are shipped via Expedited Parcel USA or Small Packet USA Air service. The availability of shipping methods is determined by the destination and the weight of the order; you can choose your shipping method when placing your order. Only the Expedited Parcel USA service includes a tracking number. Packages shipped via this service are normally received within 4 to 7 business days. Packages shipped via Small Packet USA Air service are expected to take 7 to 10 business days. As soon as we pack your order, we will update its status in your account to "shipped," and a confirmation email will be sent to you. If your chosen shipping method includes a tracking number, it will then be added to your order details. Shop with confidence, your order will be shipped quickly and securely.

International Shipping: Do you ship internationally?

We have recently updated our shipping policy to focus exclusively on deliveries within Canada and the United States in order to better serve our customers in these regions.

Customs Fees and Taxes

For orders within Canada, applicable taxes are charged according to the destination province. For the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply according to local laws. We have no control over these charges and recommend contacting local customs authorities for more information. Customs duties or other import taxes are not included in the shipping charges billed and are the responsibility of the customer.
