12V 3A (36W) Power supply for LED Strips

This 12V 3A (36W) power supply was specifically designed to provide stable and reliable power for your LED Strips. Use it to connect the length of LED Strip that you have remaining once your main project is completed. This power supply is compatible with Single Color and RGB LED Strips sold at LED Montreal. Simply add a controller to your LED strip in order to dim your strip or change the colors (if it is a RGB Strip). Compact and easy to install, it connects directly into a standard 110V outlet.

The 12V 3A (36W) power supply is ideal to power the following LED Strips:

5 meter RGB 150 LED Strips for a total of 10 meters of strip
5 meter Single Color 3528 LED 60 LED/m Strips for a total of 10 meters of strips

Please note that upgrading your power supply might not necessarily allow you to light up a longer strip circuit. Make sure you read the product description for your strips to confirm the maximum length allowed for each circuit in order to retain full brightness and stable coloration. Overloading the power supply will damage it.

Important Note: This power supply is not compatible with AC dimmers. To dim your LEDs with this power supply, you will have to use a low voltage DC dimmer. For AC dimmable power supplies refer to the Universal Dimmable Power Supplies.
