LED Montreal offers you a complete LED kit that will allow you to illuminate your shower niche in an elegant way. Bringing together the perfect components to make up to 1.22m (4 feet) of continuous recessed lighting, the kit can be cut (every 3 LEDs) to suit your project.
The 120LED/m Strip, combined with the opaline lens of the profile, guarantees you continuous lighting (without hot spots). There are three types of white to choose from: warm white (3000K), natural white (4000K) and daylight white (5000K). The Shower Niche Kit is only available in white as RGB and RGBW Strips (multicolor) will not produce a dotless effect and often represent installation challenges given their width and wiring complexity.
The basic kit is offered with a non-dimmable driver, you can choose to opt for a dimmable driver in the drop-down menu. Note that you will need to have a dedicated standard 120V wall dimmer for the dimmable driver. We've also thought about people who want the ability to dim their lighting and don't have a dedicated dimmer by adding the 1ZONEKIT wireless dimmer to the kit options.
We strongly recommend getting this kit installed by a qualified professional in accordance with your local building code. Note that the power supply must be installed in a dry environment and has to be accessible for maintenance.
The kit includes:
- 1.2m of LED iP65 + 3528 120 LED/m 12V (cULus Listed and marked for wet locations)
- LUX745 recessed aluminum profile with opal diffuser and end caps
- 12V DC 24W non-dimmable hard wired power supply to be used in a dry location (12V DC 24W Dimmable power supply or RF wireless dimmer kit available as an option)
If you're looking to install shower niche lighting that exceeds the standard suggested length of 4 feet, we're pleased to inform you that longer lengths are available and can be custom cut to meet your specific requirements.

When selecting a driver for your custom length LED strip, the calculation is straightforward: allow for 12W per meter of LED strip used. This ensures that your strip will be powered adequately and efficiently.
